Privacy Policy

Last updated September 23, 2026

This policy explains what Foreman (the “Bot”) and the ARS Blueprint Builder collect and how it’s used, provided by Adaptive Record Systems (“ARS”). Using the Service means you agree to this policy.

What we collect

Only what’s needed to run the features you use:

Discord identifiers — user, server, channel, and role IDs and display names.
Commands you send — the content of commands and @-mentions directed at the Bot.
Server structure — roles/channels when you deploy, update, or export a blueprint.
Raid data you provide — teams, characters, availability, and roster arrangements you enter.

We do not read general message history; the Bot only processes messages that invoke it. We don’t sell your data.

How we use it

To provide the Service: building and updating servers, posting and syncing rosters, responding to commands, and operating your account and workspace.

Third-party services

We share data only as needed with the services that make the features work:

Discord (the platform the Bot runs on); Base44 (app and data hosting for the planner); Railway (bot hosting); OpenAI (only the prompts you type into the website builder chat, to generate blueprints — don’t submit sensitive information there); and game data providers such as Raider.IO, Warcraft Logs, and Blizzard APIs when you use character lookups. Each handles data under its own policy.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while you use the Service. You can remove the Bot from a server at any time, and you can request deletion of your data through the Support page. Some records may persist briefly in backups before being purged.

Children

The Service isn’t directed to anyone under Discord’s minimum age requirement, and we don’t knowingly collect data from them.

Security & changes

We use reasonable measures to protect your data but can’t guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
