Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Foreman (the “Bot”) and the ARS Blueprint Builder website (together, the “Service”), provided by Adaptive Record Systems (“ARS”, “we”, “us”). By adding the Bot to a Discord server or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

What the Service does

The Bot builds and updates Discord servers from blueprints you create, and helps guilds run raid rosters. It acts only where you invite it and only as you direct it (for example when you run /deploy, /update, /sync or /export). It creates and edits roles and channels but does not rename or delete your existing roles or channels.

Eligibility

You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement for your country and comply with the Discord Terms of Service. You’re responsible for having the necessary permissions in any server where you use the Bot.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access, and no use that violates Discord’s rules. We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove access to protect the Service.

Your content and your server

You’re responsible for the blueprints, rosters, and other content you create, and for the changes the Bot makes in your server at your direction. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service.

Availability & changes

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or server configuration, arising from your use of the Service.
