ARS Raid Planner
Turn your Discord into raid HQ. Droptimizers, rosters, availability, and reminders — run your whole raid week from chat. It’s the same ARS bot that builds your server, wearing its raiding hat.
How it works
Invite the bot & connect Discord
Add the ARS bot to your server, then link your guild to the Raid Planner in one click.
Import your roster & connect WoW Audit
Pull in characters, build teams (core + backups), set recurring raid nights, and paste your guild’s WoW Audit key to unlock droptimizers & sim tracking.
Run raids from chat
Raiders sim, set availability, and get rosters — all by @-mentioning the bot in Discord.
Droptimizer automation — the part nobody else does
Connect your guild’s WoW Audit once, then raiders paste a Raidbots or QE Live link to the bot and it uploads straight to WoW Audit under the correct character, spec, and difficulty — RCLootCouncil percentages intact. No raider accounts, no manual uploads, no chasing people down. This is why officers run 20+ uploads a week by hand today; the bot just does it.
Everything else it handles
Live rosters
Lineups post to your raid channel and update themselves as people sign in or drop — no spreadsheets, no re-posting.
Availability by chat
“@ARS out Wednesday”, “out next week”, “put me ranged Tue and Thu.” It even remembers dates before that raid is scheduled and applies them once it is.
Pre-raid reminders
With WoW Audit connected, the bot pings whoever still needs to run their droptimizer — for the right difficulty — before raid night.
Recurring schedules
Set your raid nights once. Events, roster posts, and reminders roll forward automatically, week after week.
Readiness at a glance
Tank / healer / DPS shortages and who hasn’t simmed, surfaced per team so you fix gaps before you pull.
Healers covered too
QuestionablyEpic (QE Live) reports for healers, alongside Raidbots droptimizers for everyone else.
